What does Cingular questions on getting a prepaid phone?

If I go a prepaid phone plan from Cingular, they would ask for a credit card, or home address, or something? No one is suppose to know I have a prepaid phone. Cingular is asking for all that information if I use a prepaid Go card to get? What do they ask to use for the service? PLEASE HELP!
